WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SERVICE?

Because we're still a small business we only ship to locations within Australia. (We offer free shippings for items above $100 take advantage of this while it stands) the shipment will vary from locations to locations until reached your destination. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE ONCE SHIPPED?

all orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible  through our third party team that takes full care & priority while handling your package. Please note we take up to 1-3 business before receiving & processing your order. Typically speaking time frame for delivery may range from 10 to 25 days, depends on your location. Please allow extra time when busy in season. All information regarding your order will be sent to your provided email or mobile number.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PACKAGE?

Tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may occur that are beyond our control such as postal delays & customs inspection. Thank you for your patience 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

Orders will be sent with insured shipping and handling to prevent loss packages. The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our business. See our return policy regarding this situation.
